Physical Therapist

Established in 2020, The Rock Physical Therapy is locally owned and independently operated by PTs, with a long successful history of patient care within Jefferson county. We are dedicated to improving the function and lives of our patients through personalized care and education. We believe in an individualized treatment approach beginning with a comprehensive evaluation, followed by evidence-based treatment techniques tailored to each patient, and solidified with customized education of each patient, resulting in peak clinical outcomes.

  • Rocky Baldry, PT, DPT, Director

    Born and raised in Montana, Rocky found his way to the midwest in pursuit of his Masters in Physical Therapy, attending Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences in Rochester, MN. While in PT school, he met his best friend and wife Jolyn. Together they have four active kiddos that keep life moving at an incredible pace! Rocky has practiced in Jefferson County his entire 18 year career and in Jefferson, specifically for over 13 years. While in practice, he completed a transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy program through Marymount University in Arlington, VA. Rocky loves living and practicing in Jefferson County and looks forward to many years of practice still to come. He believes success in any life endeavor is forged in belief and faith in the process and direction at hand. He greatly values the relationships he has built with patients and the community and strives to strengthen that trust as he recognizes that as crucial to success in any clinical environment.

  • Jolyn Baldry, PT, MPT

    Wisconsin has long been home to Joly, having been born and raised in the southeast part of the state and residing in Jefferson County since 2003. She graduated from the University of Minnesota before going on to receive her Master's in Physical Therapy from the Mayo School of Health Sciences in 2002. While nurturing their growing family, Jolyn has remained closely connected to the field of physical therapy, working in a variety of outpatient clinical settings through the region. She has completed advanced training in the area of women's health/pelvic floor dysfunction and is passionate about treating this underserved population. She too is happy to call Jefferson county home, where family and friend abound and the community appreciation is one of many benefits to practicing in the area.
